About Me

My journey as a Chef began with what seems a lifetime ago !

With the beautiful blessing of having a Thai mother delicious food has always been a big part of my life.

As a third generation street food trader, cooking is literally in my blood and I find great joy in feeding people.

My first experience cooking was at the age of ten when I created my first Thai dish, from then on there was no stopping me.

By the age of 13 I was out working with my mum on her Thai street food stall (yes I bunked of school!) and I loved every single second of it.

As a teen you would find me in the kitchen whipping up food for my mates and I would cook for myself and my little sisters everyday whilst my mum would be out running our Thai cafe, This I also loved.

By the age of 16 I was running my mums cafe on weekends, I will never forget the day my mum taught me a 15 dish Thai menu in about ten minutes and off she went with my dad to their market, whilst I was trusted to cook, serve, waitress and pot wash for a busy cafe with NO help, the butterfly’s were REAL, let me tell you !

(Nevertheless looking back I am so grateful my mum gave me that responsibility, even to this day I am grateful for her trust in me and it has built me as a Chef and women)

The cafe would be FULL every Saturday and after the initial cry on the floor in pressure moment I smashed it weekend after weekend.

Fast forward to the age of 20, after many years working my guts out in every type of food establishment possible and fully trained with my mums expertises I decided to open my own business.

Now, After over ten years of trading, I have served thousands upon thousands of meals, catered at hundreds of festivals, weddings, birthdays, christenings, private functions (You name it I’ve done it) fed countless celebrity chefs and created the first UK nationwide Thai delivery service.

Whilst in the mix creating two beautiful children :)

I have also during this time trained as a holistic lifestyle coach and a reiki practitioner whilst feeding my own health journey.

As you can see my life with food has been a long one, a beautiful one, a nourishing one, filled with so many memories.

I have always found cooking a magical experience, No matter how I’m feeling or what I’m going through I have never neglected the importance of food.

Be that for myself, my loved ones, or customers and clients, cooking food to me is the highest form of love, by creating the gift of food for someone you give them the gift of life.

I look forward to feeding you.

Thanks & Gratitude
