My mission as a chef and culinary healer is to provide a menu and style of eating designed for your needs.
With 20 years of experience in the catering industry paired with my love and knowledge for living a holistic lifestyle it is my honour to dedicate my skills to heal through providing a bespoke package.
Through my study and self-healing using the CHEK approach I have created an extensive menu to feed the needs of all holistic approaches to specialised diets.
Having based most of my experience in celiac, vegan, paleo and non-refined sugar friendly diets it has given me the experience to fulfil any dietary need.
With my Thai heritage and background in Caribbean cuisine I naturally create flavourful nourishing fusion foods alongside comforting classics. By using only the most exceptional organic, grass fed, free range and biodynamic produce I create the magic that combines healing and feeding the body and soul.

Sweet potato and orange lentils cooked in a homemade berbere spice mix with quinoa.

RAINBOW PADTHAI
Brown rice noodles, tossed in a family pad Thai sauce with crunchy veg.

GREEN GODDESS SOUP
Gorgeous green veg in a coconut based soup.

JERK CAULIFLOWER & CHICKPEA CURRY
Roasted jerk cauliflower & Chickpea curry with quinoa & peas.

SHITAKE RAMEN
Pan fried shitake mushroom, spelt noodles in a hearty broth topped with Pak choi.

THAI GREEN CURRY
A creamy and spicy curry with seasonal veg & Thai herbs with wild rice.

LENTIL, GINGER & TUMERIC SOUP.
A warming soup filled with orange lentils, fresh ginger, turmeric & spinach.

ALL INGREDIENTS USED ARE LOCALLY SOURCED ORGANIC & BIODYNAMIC COOKED IN HIGH QUALITY
COOKWARE FINISHED WITH NON REFINED SUGAR, SALTS & OILS.

SLOW COOKED BEEF RAMEN
Slow cooked beef & brown rice noodles simmered in a 24hour bone broth with healing herbs.

CHICKEN & GINGER
Chicken cooked on the bone with fresh ginger & garlic served with quinoa.

MUTTON CURRY
Slow cooked mutton on the bone in a homemade spice mix served with coconut quinoa & peas.

TUMERIC CHICKEN
Fresh turmeric marinated chicken thigh with garlic roasted wild rice and apple cider pickled cabbage.

CALIFLOWER & LAMB BAKE
Minced lamb cooked with seasonal veg and herbs topped with creamy mashed cauliflower.

BANG BANG SALAD & HERB SALMON
Famous Thai salad prepared with lemon; garlic & chilli paired with pan fried marinated salmon.
